Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns the results. We do not store a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A direct message gives us only the details you choose to send, which we use to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information
We use this limited information to run the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create personal profiles of individual readers.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Clark County and Washington offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information entered there follows that service's policy, not ours. Sponsored search results also come from an independent provider with separate practices.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us, and analytics or advertising partners may receive automatic usage data. We also comply with valid legal process. Apart from those needs, we do not share visitor information.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the uses stated here. There are no site accounts, so we hold no account password or user profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete data depend on the law that applies. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, governs consumer health data in its scope but is not a general deletion right for government records. Because we keep little information, we can check our contact mailbox and available logs after a request through the Contact page. Orchards, Clark County, and Washington public records remain under their custodians' control.
